Passionate, experienced, and deeply invested in their community, meet Erin and Mike Buss.

Erin and Mike Buss are the founders of Driftless Hydration & Wellness in Rochester, Minnesota. Erin, a registered nurse, and Mike, a firefighter and nationally registered paramedic, have seen firsthand how stress, burnout, and busy lives impact the people they care for—both inside and outside traditional healthcare settings.

Recognizing a need for supportive, preventative wellness services in a highly medicalized community, they created Driftless Hydration as a place focused on safety, education, and thoughtful care. Their goal was simple: to offer wellness services that complement—not replace—traditional healthcare, while helping people feel supported and informed.

Today, Driftless Hydration offers IV hydration, vitamin injections, laboratory services, weight management support, sauna therapy, and other wellness-focused services. Erin and Mike remain hands-on in the day-to-day care of their clients, guided by professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to their community.
