The team at Driftless Hydration consists of medically-trained, highly-skilled nurses and paramedics who specialize in intravenous therapies. Our providers are committed to offering each patient exceptional customer service every visit.
Our providers are all board certified Registered Nurses or Paramedics, with extensive experience in critical care settings including; Intensive Care Units, Medical Flight Teams, Emergency Department, Radiology, Emergency Response Unit (SWAT), ALS Ambulance Service, and local Fire Departments. All of our providers are ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certified.
Ashley Trustheim, RN, MSN, TCRN, CCRN

Ashley is a registered nurse in the state of Minnesota. She started her nursing career on the Surgical Trauma ICU at Mayo Clinc in 2022 and has been there since. Outside of working in the ICU and at Driftless, Ashley enjoys running, weightlifting, playing volleyball, spending time with her Golden Retriever (Honey), traveling, and reading.
Danielle "Dani" Morris, RN, MSN, CCRN

Dani is a Registered Nurse in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Dani currently works at Mayo Clinic in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit as a staff RN and pediatric flight RN. Prior to Mayo Clinic, she worked in General Pediatrics at Toledo Children’s Hospital. Dani has been a nurse for over 10 years. When not working Dani likes to draw, spend time with friends, hiking, traveling, and checking out wineries and breweries.

Emily started her nursing career in 2018 on an Orthopedic Trauma unit and transitioned to the Emergency Department in 2021. Outside of working in the ED and Driftless Hydration, she enjoys running, CrossFit, reading, fishing, and hanging out with her dogs.

Emily is a licensed Registered Nurse in MN, WI, CA, NC, and AZ. In her nursing career, Emily has worked in Interventional Radiology and Critical Care. Emily worked as a travel nurse in hospitals across the country from March 2020 to February 2023. Emily currently works on the IV/Transfusion Service at Mayo. Outside of work Emily enjoys gardening, yoga, pickleball, and spending time with her husband & their two golden retrievers.

Erin is a Registered Nurse licensed in the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Arizona, and Florida. She has worked for Gundersen Health System in Medical/Surgical, for Mayo Clinic in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Remote Patient Monitoring for COVID-19 during the pandemic and the Mayo Clinic Health System’s Nurse Triage Phone Line. Erin has been a nurse for 10 years. When she’s not busy running the business she enjoys gardening, spending time with their Great Pyrenees (Barley), exploring breweries and craft beers, and spending time at the family cabin.

Mike is a nationally registered Paramedic licensed in the State of Minnesota. He has worked for the Zumbrota Area Ambulance Service, Mayo Clinic Ambulance Service (previously Gold Cross) on both ground and flight crews, and the Rochester Fire Department. Mike has been a paramedic for over 10 years. He enjoys all activities outdoors including hunting, fishing, side-by-side riding and exploring with Barley, their Great Pyrenees. Mike also enjoys a good Karaoke night every now and again.
